Step 1: Select the Correct Attendee Type

Sea-Air-Space is not open to the public, Sea-Air-Space permits attendance in the following qualified categories:

  • U.S. Military Personnel: Active-duty, reserve, and retired members of the U.S. armed forces. This does not include drilling reservists or retired military.
  • Government Employees: Current non-elected, non-military, and/or public sector employees of the United States Federal Government. This does not apply to state or local government offices or employees.
  • Industry Professionals: Representatives of both exhibiting and non-exhibiting companies that produce goods or services for the government or the sea services located domestically or internationally. Includes retired, reserve, or non-active military, state/local government personnel, and retired federal government employees.
  • Congressional Representatives: Members of Congress and their staff.
  • International Delegates: Representatives of foreign embassies, governments, and military organizations.
  • Navy League Members: Active members of the Navy League of the United States.
  • Media Representatives: Accredited and approved members of the press and media organizations.

Selecting the Correct Attendee Type for Registration:

  • Current Federal Government Employee (GS 1-15/SES)
  • Active-Duty US Military
  • Member of Congress
  • Congressional Staff
  • Foreign Military/Embassy/Government
  • Contractor/Industry/Other (Domestic & International)

If you are a current Federal Government Employee (GS 1-15/SES), you must register using your .gov email.

Similarly, if you are Active-Duty U.S. Military, a Congressional Staffer, Foreign Military, Embassy, Government representative, or a Member of Congress, use your appropriate .gov or .mil email.

For attendees who do not fall into these categories, you should register using your professional email and select your attendee type: Contractor/Industry/Other. Choose this category if you are a full time student or professor.

*Children over the age of 15 may attend the exposition provided they are accompanied by a registered adult at all times. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the exhibit halls during installation or dismantle hours.

Once you’ve determined your attendee type, it’s time to select your pass:

Includes access to all educational sessions, all exhibit halls, the outdoor pavilion exhibits, and both exhibit hall receptions.

  • Industry Attendees (exhibiting/sponsoring)

    • $660 (Navy League members)

    • $825 (Non-members)

Exhibit Halls Only Pass

Includes access to Prince George Exhibit Hall, Maryland Exhibit Hall, and Outdoor Pavilion Exhibits. Does not include educational panels/sessions or add-on events.

  • Industry Attendees (not exhibiting/sponsoring)

    • $300 (Navy League members)

    • $375 (Non-members)
