The Navy League of the United States is excited to announce that John C. Maxwell, #1 New York Times bestselling author and world-renowned leadership expert, will headline the High-Road Leadership Luncheon at Sea-Air-Space 2025.

Maxwell will share insights from his latest book, High-Road Leadership: Bringing People Together in a World That Divides, providing military and defense industry leaders with strategies to lead with integrity, foster collaboration, and navigate today’s complex global landscape.
