Marine veteran “Mohawk” Matt Denny is chief awesome officer of Denny Industries, a venture he started after a long career as a Navy civilian. Matt most recently served as Agile Coach and Marketing Consultant for Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division. Prior to that, he worked at NavalX. With his passion for human-centered design and a deep desire to ensure the voice of the workforce is heard, he quickly developed the Mohawk Matt persona, facilitating conversations and providing a microphone for the workforce. Matt does what he does, the best way he can, by being himself. Little gets in his way if it needs to get done, and then he finds a way to do it. Its that simple. That’s how his brain works. If you doubt it, ask about the one-day procurement that earned him the title “Bureaucracy Slayer.”
